At StuddBeauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the personal nature of beauty and cosmetic products, we have established the following policy to ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers.


1. Return Window

You have a window of 2 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
  • Due to health and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or tested.
  • Items must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info.studdbeauty@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In cases of damage, we may require a photo or video of the product as it was received.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
  • Timeline: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
    Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products that show signs of usage or broken security seals.

5. Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or wrong item), the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at info.studdbeauty@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
